The roof of our house was broken and the water leaked into the bedroom during the last storm in February. So I googled and found Modern Builders on the website and contact Bryan, the boss, directly, to ask for help. He always replied to my emails immediately, to explain all the details. The cost estimate was also very reasonable.Then, I requested service on their website and tried to schedule service as soon as possible. Today, the crew came in and fix the drywall. Jorge and his team (two guys) did a great job! They not only repaired and repainted the roof, but also were very nice and respectful to my family and my property. Before they did the job, they covered everything carefully and when they finished, they cleaned up all the trash and dust. Our bedroom looks like new and keeps clean and tidy.I appreciate their excellent and efficient work. And of course, I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs help!

I contacted Modern Builders for stucco repair and within 2 days the work was completed. I am very happy with the ease of the proposal and the payment method. I had some work that had to be added on with reasonable add on pricing. The contractors did great work. I am 100% satisfied with repair that was done. If you are looking to have stucco work done definitely go with Modern Builders. I highly recommend. 10 out of 10. I only had video of the before I could not add.

Modern builders has done an outstanding job on one of our residential projects. Giovanni led his crew with a strong focus on quality and delivered us a beautifully finished walls and ceilings within our deadline.
