He answered my calls right away every time — and that might seem small, but good customer service is a big deal to me, and he definitely delivered.Gordon really knew his stuff. You could tell he was an expert, and he explained everything clearly and gave solid advice when I had questions.Kaylee was great too — she stayed on top of everything with the insurance company and helped keep things moving forward, which I really appreciated.The only downside was how long the whole process took, but with Hurricanes Milton and Helene hitting soon after, I get that they were backed up — and insurance companies weren’t moving very fast either.In the end, they worked hard to make sure I got everything I needed — not just a new roof, but also all my interior damage fixed and my entire house painted — all for just the cost of my deductible.Really happy with how it turned out. I’d definitely recommend Vanderprise to anyone dealing with storm damage or looking for solid, reliable roofing work.

After significant roof damage from a storm, I had a very hard time finding a roofing company that was honest and upfront. My insurance company became difficult to work with, and several other companies gave up and left me stranded. Vanderprises was the only company that was willing to go above and beyond and engage with the insurance company long enough to make sure it was handled appropriately. Once they managed the insurance side of things, they did a wonderful job completing all of the work that needed to be done, and it was multiple projects! They exceeded my expectations to make sure everything was in perfect shape for me! Communication was also extremely consistent, thorough, and helpful! 5 stars, highly recommend! June 12 · Ciara PopovichMy long drawn out experience thus far with Vanderprises has been going on for 2 years this coming October. Reasons beyond their control. My insurance company filed bankruptcy and left Florida. Kaylee was very helpful in assisting me with FIGA. They finally settled and by now I no longer just needed a new roof but now I also had damages inside the home due to all the rain and wind in Florida while waiting to settle. I signed a contract in the very beginning when only roof work needed done. I had to hire a lawyer $5,000.00 to get more money to cover now the inside of my homes damages. Last Monday August 26, 2024 Gordon came to my home to go over the details and the plan from here forward. He stated they were to take care of ALL my repairs inside and out. I stated your business signs and cards state you do roofing, gutters, windows and siding. I only need you all to do the roof and any out side damage that goes along with the roof. He began to raise his voice stating I signed a contract so they do it all or I would hear from their Lawyer. (mind you I’m a Single female with only my adult daughter living with me) He again stated they wouldn’t have helped me with everything between insurance company and then FIGA if they were not planning to do the entire job inside and out. I told him again what his sign and business cards show. I asked him where on this sign (from neighbors yard) does it state you do the inside of homes. Plus when I signed the contract there was only damages to the roof. He again loud and aggressive towards me said “that is only a display of our phone number, as I said we do it all or you will owe us 30% of monies received anyways if you refuse to give us the entire damages. Again you will here from our lawyers.” I explained my daughter’s Father owns a drywall company and is doing all of my inside damages. He again loud and intimidating stated “That is not how this is going to work.” I asked him to leave “No one is going to come into my home and yell, disrespectfully intimidate me in my own home. The initial contract I signed was for the roof and outside damages. I never signed a new contract after we started getting inside damages from having a tarp on my roof for almost 2 years.” (That has had to be replaced 3 times) Granted they took a check from FIGA dated 11/06/2023 in the amount of $15,023.09. Which he insisted they are not returning. He then exited my home. When he left my daughter came out and stated she had her mase out incase he were to have gotten physical. She stated I was listening in my room and could not believe the way he was talking to you and yelling at you. (Thankfully it did not come to that. After he left and I calmed down I called Kaylee I was sent to voicemail. I explained what I have stated above of what I needed done by them and that the inside work I would release and take responsibility as my own contracted for inside damages. Also that under No Circumstances would I deal with Gordon in anything going forward after the way he treated me. I got an immediate response via text message 0942 stating “Good morning. Please stand by. Thank you.” I messaged for an update on Wednesday 08/28/2024 last week, with no response. I then sent all the documents I have from the beginning to now explaining my rights. I received no response. I messaged agin today and called today 09/03/2024 also with no response. I’m now seeing more leaks to my ceiling from the rains and wind since last inspection which was 06/18/2024. At this point they are not responding, refusing to give me my money back that they have had for almost a year. At this point I’m afraid of what kind of job they will really do after the way I was treated by Gordon Cazella.Now even in one week I have More inside Damages that were Not in the inspection. Please think twice before using this company for the home you have worked so hard to get.
