Cortez Roofing Introduce
For homeowners and businesses in California, a reliable roof is a non-negotiable part of property maintenance and protection. The state's diverse climate, from intense summer heat to seasonal rains, demands a roofing system that is both durable and well-maintained. When it's time for a repair, a new installation, or an estimate, finding a responsive and professional roofing contractor is key. This article provides an overview of Cortez Roofing, a company that has served the Southern California region for over two decades. They are known for their expertise in various roofing systems and their commitment to providing detailed estimates for a wide range of projects.
Cortez Roofing has a long-standing history in the Southern California roofing and construction industry, having been in business since 1999. Their mission is to provide top-notch services and demonstrate their expertise to every client. While public reviews have highlighted a need for improved customer service and follow-up communication, the company's initial responsiveness in scheduling estimates has been noted as a positive aspect of their operations. They are known for providing exact appointment times rather than broad windows, which is a rare convenience that many customers appreciate. This punctuality suggests a company that values a client's time and aims to be efficient in its initial interactions. They are a licensed contractor with a focus on both residential and commercial projects, aiming to provide solutions that meet the specific needs of each client.
Cortez Roofing is located at 45 Westbrook Ln, Pomona, CA 91766, USA. This location in the Inland Empire provides a strategic base for serving the wider Southern California area, including nearby communities in Los Angeles and Orange County. While specific accessibility features for the public are not available in the provided information, the company’s business model is largely based on on-site services. Their crews travel to the client's location to perform inspections, provide estimates, and complete the work, making their services accessible to a broad geographic area. The convenience of having an on-site service provider means that customers do not need to worry about traveling to a physical office location.
The accessibility of their initial process, as evidenced by a customer review, is a key point. Being able to get an estimate scheduled quickly and with a precise time frame is a significant advantage for busy homeowners. This efficiency at the beginning of the process shows a proactive approach to business development. However, the subsequent communication challenges noted in the same review are a point of consideration for potential clients. This highlights the importance of clear and consistent communication throughout a project, from the first call to the final invoice.

Cortez Roofing Reviews
At first I was pretty impressed with this company. I called and they were able to schedule a convenient time to come out to do the estimate. They gave me an exact time instead of a window (ie 8-noon) which was nice. They came out and did the estimate which we were happy with. I called the company a few minutes after the estimate was complete to schedule the work and left a message. The next week, I realized by about Wednesday that I had never heard back from them (it had been a holiday weekend, so I wasn't too upset) so I called again and left another message. After a few days, I still hadn't heard back, so I called again and left yet another message. I told them that if I didn't hear back from them the next day, I would take my business elsewhere. I still didn't receive a phone call back. It's been over 2 weeks since the estimate and I still haven't received a return phone call. Now I'm stuck starting the whole process over with another company. Customer service definitely needs some work there.
