★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I bought 14 of their windows 3 different sizes from Mobile Home Depot. One of the windows has moisture between the panes. I've been trying for 2 weeks now for them to send someone out to look at it. The first 9 windows included the one in question. These windows were bought right off the shelf at Mobile Home Depot so there was no sales order number knowing full well I had bought all the windows at Mobile home depot. Mobile Home Depot even called them and they said I had to remove the window bring it back and exchange. This window was completely installed, had to tear the house up to do this. Costumer service and warranty sucks
September 19 · Joseph MurrayHey everyone, I wanted to share my experience with Cascade windows. Unfortunately, I had a really frustrating time with them. Not only did they do a poor job on my home, but they also found a way to get out of honoring their warranty. They claimed that a security film installed by the previous owners voided the warranty, which I think is unfair. I’m really disappointed with their lack of accountability and customer service. I wouldn’t recommend Cascade windows to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service.
February 23 · Kelly GenzmanWELL where do I start....First off my review better get the attention of a capable employee that can actually comprehend the seriousness of my situation. I suppose the 200+ calls & emails between my home builder and me personally over 6 months was just because we have nothing else better to do with our time. This will be the very last attempt to connect with someone and I sure hope this falls in the lap of someone that will take this very seriously as the company could possibly face severe legal ramifications. We have 3 sliding glass doors in our home, installed less than a year & half ago. 2 out of the 3 do not lock, 1 doesn't close completely which water pours into the house when it rains and has already cause damage. We literally have absolutely no ability to lock our home for security. Now really let this sink in.....complete open access 24/7 for over 6 months & counting, so needless to say I don't get much sleep if any. To not feel safe in your own home is extremely disturbing.Just this past week I've left multiple messages for Dawn Lewis and Kristen, I've sent multiple emails to Dawn & Scott Nichols, left voicemails for Dawn and Kristen, however Scott Nichols's email is always full. I have yet to receive a response back from anyone, a darn courtesy response would be fricken nice. Our builder recently told me that he spoke to Dawn 3x this month and she was practically incoherent, heavily slurring her words to the point he barely grasped what she was saying then each subsequent call she had absolutely no clue what was going on. This has been a long ongoing battle and nightmare, I can't imagine I'm the only one that is going through similar issues. How has the ROC not revoked their license by now? Or pending lawsuits from homeowners with unresolved issues??Anyhow if I'm forced to take legal action against I will pursue ALL legal, state, ROC etc. against them. In my profession I've seen large and small companies go down overnight. And the most mind boggling part of this is, is under Arizona ROC laws & statues they are legal bound to uphold workmanship or defect warranties, however they won't step up the plate and are apparently willing to risk going out of business. It's absolutely disgusting and sickening that a consumer has to go through this - My husband is at work over 15 hours a day, I live in fear to leave my home and not knowing what you're coming back to let alone the crippling fear that someone may be hiding in your home is pretty scary. I sure hope that this gets someones immediate attention to correct our issues asap. Lastly.....Dawn, Kristen & Scott: Are you able to lock your doors? Do you feel safe leaving your home? Do you feel safe at night while your family is sleeping? I'm going to take a wild guess those thoughts never crossed your minds as you deleting our vm's & emails.
July 29 · T “DMC315” PranThanks to those who have rated Cascade. I am replacing all the windows on my home & as i look thru those companies, i know who not to use.
June 25 · larry thompsonI’m giving a 3 stars because when delivering they have you move to multiple locations. It’s never the same.Plus they want you in your truck when unloading outside when there training new people. The only way that’s going to happen, you’re going to sign a full responsibility agreement and YOU will pay for any damages, down time and deadhead charges to get back to the facility that makes them.Other than that, I’m sure they have great quality windows
