I was really happy with the detailed and clear proposal Brody gave me. After I accepted it, he scheduled the roof replacement with a short wait time. On the day they started, Brody and the crew arrived early and set up their property protection net system to make sure my plants, AC unit, and pool equipment stayed safe from debris while removing the old roof. I appreciated how careful they were—nothing in my yard was damaged. Brody stayed on-site for almost the whole project, which took two days, and made sure any issues were quickly handled.
