Had SUCH an incredible experience with power as a whole. A rep came by while they were doing work at a neighbors house and offered a quote on windows & roof, which we had been looking to do. Two days later we had another rep come and do an incredibly thorough walk through on both, he was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure we felt comfortable with our decision. We reviewed several options and decided to get all of our windows redone (!!) - couldn’t be happier with the experience. After having another rep come out to measure, another great experience - we scheduled our install for two weeks later. The install couldn’t have gone better - we have an old house with arched windows - they installed and capped 21 windows in a day - they were professional and quick - the windows look GREAT. Truly couldn’t be happier with the experience.

We are so happy with the job PowerHRG did on our home. We had them do the siding, replace a few windows and all new capping and gutters. House looks like a new build and the work was done to such a great quality. We chose Power because of the great warranty they offer and the quality of the products they use. The teams that came were super professional and friendly too, cleaned up like they were never here. I’m sure we will be doing more work with them in the future. Kristen, I still can’t believe you were on my roof checking it for us. Thanks so much for the great work.

The only thing worse than their work is the customer service. When I addressed these issues, I was met with excuses, denying responsibility, and a pompous attitude. "I'm the contractor, I know how that's supposed to look" "its not my problem" "We get plenty of work, we don't need your neighbors business" were a few quotes from the project manager Marcello. I wouldn't let them remodel a bird house. Oh, and they did the work without the permits too!

After 2yr of going back-and-forth with Power Home and Remodeling giving them multiple opportunities to correct their faulty work I decided to have a professional Roofing and Siding company come and inspect quote me to correct horrible the job that Power did as I’m over the lies, the no communication lack of professionalism with the customer staff .The Contractor asked me which fly-by-night company did this job and that it looks like an amateur did the job and the only way to correct all the faults would be to do over the siding of the house as there so many things that was done wrong. He ask who did the child’s play of a job, when I told him that the job was done by Power Home Remodeling he could not believe it. He almost fell off my roof when I told him that.He said there is no way that a company like power home remodeling could have done such a disgusting because he had seen other that power have done And this one is the worst by far.Here are some of my many issues with powerI was told that a Power full-time staff project manager would be on site For the entire installation that never happenedinstead, a subcontracting company showed up with 99.9% of the crew did not speak nor understood English only 1 person in the crew that could speak English and his English was very poor, so communication was a major issue for me. I had to use translation app to try to communicate with the crew There are many times I got frustrated and just walked away because there were no way of communicating with themOne instance where I caught them installing the side and covering up a bunch of rotted wood on my house I had to call them out and had to go as far as to call the main office just to have that one issue somewhat result, and I’m sure there’s other place on the property where they covered up rotted woodPower also did a few windows 1 of the 10 windows was left at the warehouse and took them later six months to install that one window In addition to that one of the windows incorrectlyIt took power about two weeks to pick up the excess material that was left on infront of my house blocking my drivewayIn addition ripped off wires that was attached to the house, including the sensor for my water meter and The main ground wired that grounds my house to the earthThey damage a window screen on my house which Power has yet to replace which I’ve had multiple conversation with them, for the first seven months I was told that the screen is in transit and has not been delivered to their facility yet. Then it turned to they have come and build it on site which someone did come try to build it and then told me the screen is different and he has to go back to headquarters to do some research and come back a different day to build, it going on months again my most recent Conversation with them was I need to pay $250 to have them replace it (this is a window that power did not install)I could go on and on with the many different conversation I’ve had with them, but the bottom line is I would definitely not recommend them if I could give them a -5 star I would, communication , there is none. workmanship very bad customer service team. They lie a lot, so for anyone who is thinking of using power.Be sure to speak a second language, other than English, maybe Spanish or Portuguese

Update as of 3/7: they came out to replace the siding after weeks of back and forth, and not even two weeks later, the siding they were touching blew off again. And they are now claiming no responsibility and refusing to fix it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. also their customer service representatives are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Terrible customer service. They did work on my home in December of 2023, and in December 2024, pieces of my fascia began falling off. They wouldn’t schedule me for a visit for six weeks, and since then more damage has been done and the siding is now falling off of my house. Calling them gets you nowhere, and they insist leaving pieces of my house hanging off of the side for the next three weeks are a safe and effective way to handle this. DO NOT HIRE if you want quality and timely customer service.
