Extremely disappointed. Dealing with the death of our mom, her home has devastating damage from a hurricane. We are trying to get repairs while it is going through probate. Insurance sent repair check. Jeramy came out did est. Of 22k and started few weeks later.The park manager stopped by while they were working to find no permits were pulled. Told them to stop work until he pulled permit.A couple carport panels were installed, although the color does not match the existing. (White)That was back in Dec. We have consistently tried to call, text, email and absolutely no response.Was told he (Jeramy)was waiting on engineering. Months have gone by. My mother's house has no roof on her sunroom and now we have to start all over again trying to find a contractor.Ghosting out on a contract as a business owner is very unprofessional.*added after getting more estimates. The work Jeramy started was not within code, so now that will need to be brought up to code.Kinda told us that if it was done incorrectly that's probably the reason we were ghosted when he knew it was going to be inspected.

I had been trying for months to obtain estimates for installing gutters when I saw a recommendation for JC’s Aluminum on Facebook. I called on Friday afternoon and they came out at 4:30 on Monday to give me a quote and I received an email quote later that evening. They came back out again (after the normal work day at 6:30) because we made some changes and they wanted to make sure they understood exactly what we wanted. Their price was very reasonable and they were able to do the job very quickly after I signed the agreement. They always responded promptly and were always on time and did a wonderful job. They are very knowledgeable and so polite—great customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have gutter work done.

Highly satisfied with this company. From beginning to end, they were all extremely professional. After the many changes we did, they helped us make decisions on our dream screen room. They were precise, dependable and left the entire area cleaner than what they started with. The best spent money was with this company. They truly care! Thank you Jeramy and crew!

Despite the horrendous heat and the monumental project at hand, the team did an exceptional job. Pride in and a quality work ethic were a noticeable difference when it is hard to find anymore. I will definitely be asking for more projects to be completed.

They seemed nice but….. they never came when they said they would. I had to constantly message them to see when they would be here to do the job. They finally did part of the job and never came back to do the second part and pretty much ghosted me. Very upset with this company. If the job was too small for them they should of just said so. Disapppointed!!!
