We’ve had such a poor experience with Window World. We needed all of our windows replaced after Hurricane Helene damage. The craftsmanship is garbage. We have gaps in our windows, custom windows were installed with scratches on them, trim work which was caulked into place has popped open leaving large gaps. This has been an ongoing saga since February 2025 in which we had initial measurements done. They have rebuilt four windows for us now THREE times and mismeasured each time. The installer who measured keeps blaming our window frames for the windows not fitting yet he is not taking responsibility for his measurements being incorrect. They have no showed on two install dates- as a military family we have moved to another state and have travelled back to Georgia twice now for the reinstall to occur only for them to no show these appointments. This is causing my family to lose money and leave days. We have contacted higher leadership who did not want us in the home when he came to inspect the work of his installers, but instead wanted to solely have his installer and our general contractor there. I DO NOT recommend Window World for the Valdosta area.We utilized Daniel Veal as our sales rep, installer Steven Bauman who claims to be the best in business, left his subordinates there while he went to pick up (presumably) a personal trailer for several hours, made the other subordinate installers unload and load his trailer on the jobs time, then come 9 pm at night were rushing to try to get everything completed and installed before leaving as I called out numerous errors- scratches in the windows, windows not opening properly, windows installed crooked with gaps, trim falling off the windows, etc. we are awaiting a meeting with a “manager” the installer and our general contractor this coming week to discuss the poor craftsmanship and install but have yet to be notified of a time this will happen knowing we need to plan to get back to Georgia from out of state and leave approved to get there to be there for this meeting. We still have four windows needing replaced due to their measurements being off THREE TIMES. They are now “expediting” the windows being made a fourth time to hopefully get them installed quickly but are still using the measurements from their second measurement! 🤯Some photos below of trim work which has all popped off the window (and most popped before they left on install day), no consistency in corners of trim work- some mitered, some overlapping, some underlapping, photo of large gap in window frame and window they installed, one photo of debris stuck between the double panes which we were told to just clean off the surface of because it was exterior (update- installed tried to wipe window surface and finally realized debris was between panes like we notified him of), poor caulking all around- large chunks, drips, holes not filled well, gashes along wood window seals an frames they caused but “are not responsible for.”The list goes on….

Before considering Window World, ask yourself two questions.1) Do you want decent or good customer service?2) Do you expect the job to be completed fully?If the answer to either of those questions is yes, then go with another company for windows or siding. We had the siding on our workshop replaced April 2025. When the install crew indicated they were complete I did a quick walk around and made a grave error. I paid them in full for the work. When my wife and I had a chance to look closer at the work, I noticed all four corners of the building were missing J Channel, with direct openings to the OSB and framing of the building and some openings with electrical conduit were missing caulk. I texted the install crew and got no response. We also had a light storm come through that pulled a piece of siding loose. I texted Cody (Installation Manger at Window World of South Georgia) and received a quick response that he agreed the items needed to be addressed and would get with the install crew to address them. ONE MONTH later Cody indicated that he finally got with the install crew and that the items would be addressed by the end of the week.Here we are in June 2025 and nothing has been corrected with the work. Phone calls to Window World of South Georgia go directly to a call center and when you ask for a manager to respond, you get no answer.At this point I feel that a well deserved one star review will get their attention as they seem to respond to reviews.

Window World did an exceptional job replacing all of my wood windows and frames. My home no longer has hot and cold spots throughout and the UV prevention film, that comes on all their windows, really helps. The installation team was helpful and really efficient during my install, any issues or concerns were brought to my attention promptly. Overall, I will recommend Window World to everyone and I will return in the future if I need anymore windows.

My mom is 77 years old and got two screen doors and one back door almost 4900.00 her screen door has a gap so that flies and snakes can get in. The back door is dragging.
