We selected A-1 All American Roofing company for our replacement roof on our 15 -unit apartment building located in Torrance. Selecting the right roofing company can be quite daunting task given the cost and liability.First, we received high recommendations for A-1 All American Roofing from a local well-known Real Estate company and then another one from a property management company.Secondly, we did get a few other referrals and estimates from other roofing company’s recommended by the Apartment Association. We vetted each company making sure they had C-39 license, bonded, workman’s comp and followed up on reviews. Estimates were consistent with one recommendation when comparing look at wood replacement cost.Thirdly, what stood out of us was the in-person meetings with A-1 sales rep, Soroush Shahriari. He walked us thru their roof replacement process and the materials that would be used to satisfy Class A for our insurance company. We had many questions in which Soroush quickly responded. One thing that impressed us the most was the time they took with us. It wasn’t the high pressure of signing the contract received by other companies.From beginning to end A-1 All American Roofing exceeded our expectations. Their front office staff Taylor was in constant communication with scheduling. Two days before the project started, we meet with their project manager, Sigi Rosas to do a detail inspect the project site for their crew. On the day of the project, Soroush, Sigi, and their operations manager George Grady with the crew showed up on time and got the job started. By the end of the first day with the crew being very respectful of the property and the tenants cleaned up everything spotlessly. Also, by the end of the first day we knew without a doubt we made the right decision!!! The project went incredibly smooth and we passed every inspection. We highly recommend this company and want to say again, Thank you to everyone at A-1 All American Roofing.

I've hired the new owner, Ben, on other types of projects. He is a meticulous homebuilder. His quality of work and thoroughness are exceptional, and he stands behind his work, so when we needed a new roof and rotted eaves repaired, I was glad to give him a call.Soroush was the project manager for our job; he was communicative, kind, and thorough. If there was a question he wasn't sure of, he found out and got back to me. I hadn't ever used the brand of roofing materials they offered, but it seems good quality and comes with a warranty. They replaced a lot of rotted wood, cleaned up the exterior, finished on time, checked in after it was done, and the end product looks great. Overall, a good experience. The pricing was in the middle, not the cheapest, but compared to other experiences I've had, you get your money's worth.[Please note: If this is your first roof replacement, it is a lot of noise and hammering, and your house will get dusty. After the old roof was torn off and the new one installed, our garage (which has open rafters) was covered in the old roofing granular material, a lot of cleanup! A1 contract states this might be a result. Every roof I've had replaced (5?!?) has had the same debris that the homeowner is responsible for cleaning, this is not a negligence or fault of A1.]

i hired a1-allAmerican roofing to replace my roof. during the removal process they failed to cover the open ceiling and drains and all the roofing material went inside the building and inside the built drain box and drains.After the first rain 3 months later my entire building flooded out. they came back and said that a handful of leaves clogged the drain although they neglected to cover the drains when they did the demolition which prevented the water from draining properly . They reluctantly agreed to file a claim with their insurance companythey suggested we snake out the drains because their plumbers are located in Palos Verdes and it was too far for them to travel to Hollywood although their offices are in Carson and plumbers travel all over the city for work.there was very little supervision during the tear off process. When i requested that they stop so that they do not cause further damage. they did not want to stop until Ben Holm was available the next dayThey repaired the gutters but neglected to take responsibility for anything elseAfter we paid for cleaning out the drains so everything could flow the roof was functional although they neglected to take any responsibility for the damage they causedverbally they agreed to pay for remediation work and contacted Servpro but did not want to release the quote to us causing further damage to our building.they charged us to raise the pitch of the roof to provide better drainage still the drains flooded out because they stopped up the drains with roofing material.to date they have not provided any information to their insurance company in order to process the claimMr holm comments reflect the fact you can say anything on the internet the only issue is you don’t have to prove it then there is no value to the commentsStay away from this company

We selected A-1 All American Roofing, to replace the shingles on our house and are extremely glad we did. Soroush was a pleasure to work with during the quote process and throughout the entire project. The office staff were all extremely helpful and were in constant communication with us regarding all the administrative details. Before and during the roof install we appreciate that Sigi kept us informed and handled any of our questions, also he and the roofing crew, were excellent to work with! Getting new shingles can be messy but the crew was very respectful of our property, and they thoroughly cleaned up each day before they left. We are very happy with our new shingles, replacement woodwork and the overall workmanship! We recommend A-1 All American Roofing for your next roofing project.

All American Roofing deserves and earned the highest rating possible. Our project, a spanish two-story tiled home included a tiled detached garage. A+++ to management and crew on all levels, consistent communication, transparancy, work consistency and quality. Well trained, experienced and pride of workmanship top to bottom. Three and one-half weeks of six-day a week on-time work with daily clean-up service. This company knows and delivers quality product and service. Thanks to A1 for delivering on your advertising.
