My whole experience with Chavez Family Roofing was fantastic! From the first phone call to the finished roof, everything went smoothly and was completely stress-free. I mainly worked with Trenton and Preston, and everyone on the crew was friendly, helpful, and patient. I have a really packed schedule, but they were always flexible and worked around my availability. On the day of the roof installation, the team arrived right on time with all their equipment, including a machine that lifted the shingles up to the roof, which was really interesting to see. Throughout the process, there was a quality control representative on-site, and the roofers were professional and easy to talk to. The new roof looks amazing! After the job was done, the clean-up was spotless. The crew made sure to put back anything they had moved for safety, and they carefully checked the yard with a large magnet to pick up any stray nails or staples, which was especially important for us because of our dog.
