Infinity Roofing & Restoration Introduce
For residents and property owners across Texas, the integrity of a roof is non-negotiable. The state’s unpredictable climate, marked by intense heat, hailstorms, and powerful winds, means that a durable and well-maintained roof is the first line of defense for any home or business. When a roof is compromised, whether by age or storm damage, finding a reliable and professional roofing contractor is the most crucial step toward a solution. Infinity Roofing & Restoration has established a presence in the Austin area, offering a range of services designed to help Texans navigate the complexities of roof repair and replacement. This article provides an overview of Infinity Roofing & Restoration, their services, and the key features that define their business, offering a balanced perspective based on available public information to help local users make an informed decision.
The process of a major roof repair or replacement can be overwhelming, especially when it involves coordinating with insurance companies and managing a project under a tight timeline. A professional contractor serves as a vital guide, and a company’s reputation is often built on its ability to make this process as smooth as possible for the homeowner. As highlighted by a customer's review, a good contractor's representative, such as Antonio, can turn a potentially stressful situation into an "effortless" experience by handling the negotiation with the insurance company and ensuring all the details are "squared away." This level of service is highly valued by local Texans who often face complex insurance claims following the state's frequent severe weather events. It speaks to a company's commitment to not only the physical work on the roof but also the administrative heavy lifting that comes with it.
However, the importance of respecting community rules and private property cannot be understated. A business's approach to soliciting is a reflection of its broader values. While some customers praise the proactive nature of a company that offers assistance when needed, other community members are concerned about solicitation practices that may not align with local laws or community regulations. One review specifically brings up the issue of soliciting in a gated community, highlighting a customer's negative experience and concern for property rights. This feedback indicates that while some representatives may provide excellent service, a company's overall practices and adherence to local rules are also key factors for local residents when choosing a contractor. This feedback is critical for potential customers to consider, as it provides a more complete picture of the company's community engagement.
Infinity Roofing & Restoration is located at 8305 State Hwy 71 suite 260, Austin, TX 78735, USA. This location places the company in a position to serve the greater Austin area and surrounding communities. A local physical address is an important asset for a roofing contractor, as it provides a tangible presence within the community and a point of contact for clients. It allows for direct communication and a greater sense of accountability for the work being done on local homes and businesses.
The accessibility of a contractor is often a key factor for homeowners, especially in the wake of a storm when a quick response is necessary. Being located in Austin means that Infinity Roofing & Restoration has the logistical advantage of being able to dispatch crews and assess damage in a timely manner. This localized presence is crucial for understanding the specific roofing needs and building regulations of the area. It also allows for a better understanding of the types of materials and techniques that are best suited to the Texas climate. While a physical location provides a central hub for operations, the company's community-facing actions, such as their approach to door-to-door soliciting, are equally important to locals and contribute to how accessible and trustworthy the company is perceived to be.

- Comprehensive Service Offering: Infinity Roofing & Restoration provides a wide range of services, from full replacements to minor repairs and storm restoration, positioning themselves as a one-stop-shop for many roofing needs.

For residents in Texas, particularly in the Austin region, Infinity Roofing & Restoration presents a potential option for their roofing needs. They are especially suitable for locals who are dealing with complex storm damage claims and appreciate a contractor who is willing to take on the administrative burden of negotiating with insurance companies. The positive feedback highlights their ability to make a potentially stressful process feel effortless, which is a significant advantage for any homeowner. However, potential customers should also consider the feedback regarding their community engagement and soliciting practices. For those who live in communities with strict no-soliciting rules, it might be wise to initiate contact directly via phone or email rather than waiting for a door-to-door visit. Ultimately, Infinity Roofing & Restoration appears to be a company that can provide comprehensive services, but it's recommended that potential clients weigh both the positive testimonials about their project management skills and the negative feedback about their sales practices to make an informed decision that best suits their personal and community preferences.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1There I were, outside talking about how the roof needed to be replaced, when Antonio showed up and offered to get it done for me. Antonio made the process effortless and after negotiating with the insurance, he made sure everything was squared away. I highly recommend this company, especially if the rest of them do business like Antonio Dickerson!
July 15 · Eric MundenI live in a gated community with signs posted that state no soliciting. Under Texas law, the gate for the community means no trespassing and it doesn't need to be posted. The law states a physical structure which is exactly what a gate is. After informing the person from infinity roofing that this is a gated community and no soliciting is allowed, they just continued to the next house. Would I hire infinity roofing? No, I would not, they clearly have no respect for private property and more than willing to criminal acts (criminal trespass) in the pursuit of business, which is exactly what they were doing. They had no expectation to traverse private roads and private sidewalks since it is a gated community. The only house(s) that they are allowed to visit are those that called them. There are many roofing contractors out there, many that treat private property with respect, which my experience with infinity rooking has severely lacked.Update 7/28/2025:"Respecting community rules, private property, and local laws is a priority for our team, and this situation does not reflect the standards we expect. "Local laws? Criminal trespass is a state law:Texas Penal Code § 30.05This is a misdemeanor offense. While you say this doesn't reflect the standards you expect, go through the other 1 star reviews and it appears to be a chronic issue.
July 29 · SmeeWithout a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. If Infinity randomly comes knocking on your door asking about your roof, SLAM IT - IMMEDIATELY! Specifically a project manager named Andrew Wade. Months after a hail storm, Andrew knocked on my door to ask about my roof. I asked Andrew one question, what is your timeline. he stated immediately. I already had the claim processed. I already had the check in my hand. I already had a roofer lined up that kept saying, next week, next week, next week. All I needed was a quality roofer that was available immediately because I had rainwater leaking into my house due to the hail damage. After the most outrageous hassle I have ever dealt with, THREE MONTHS LATER, a roofer showed up to replace my roof and it was NOT INFINITY! They sub'd the work out to a different roofing company. The MAIN reason for the delays was Andrew's attempt to inflate the total cost of the roof with my insurance company. Andrew's first response to the appx $14K estimate was asking for $50K! It was a nightmare. When it was all said and done, a manager at Infinity informed me that I was Andrew's first project so my roof job was his on the job training. Fortunately, the roofer that Infinity subcontracted to did an excellent job. (I had checked references with neighbors that Infinity had done work for, not the subcontractor). Next time I will be calling directly to - A1 Roof Care.
June 20 · Shane WhitefieldThey employ aggressive sales people that ignore clearly posted "no soliciting" signs and ring the doorbell multiple times to try to harass you to open the door. If this is how they try to get new business, I can't imagine what they're like to actually work with.Edited to say the company's response is completely disingenuous. I had my roof replaced last year and it hasn't been damaged since. Their employee ignored my clearly posted no soliciting sign and rang my doorbell multiple times during a work day when I work from home and there was no urgent reason for it other than his own sense of entitlement to my time. Your goal may not be to cause frustration but that's the end result. Retrain your people.
July 25 · Mary TibbetsA few months ago we noticed we had a leak in our roof. We’ve been homeowners for 6 years now, but we thankfully haven’t had to file a claim with homeowners insurance before until now.Daniel Songer - Infinity Roofing & Siding had us a new roof in no time! And might I just say that roof is looking fantastic! His knowledge and professionalism were unmatched during this entire process while he battled out insurance to get us a new roof! Dan and his company made this process incredibly easy.
