Should be called WRONG OFF Roofing…Stay away from this scam, otherwise you WILL regret it. Scott Fishel, the owner of and Right on Roofing has caused me years of unnecessary stress and unkept promises. Getting this individual to return an email, text message or phone call, of to follow up on an appointment or roofing work is next to impossible.The message that I continually received from him is that EVERYthing else in his life is more important than servicing his Customers.He had replaced my roof in 2018, after months of unreturned phone calls, and I think my roof continued to leak at least once a year on average, ever since, the first time only DAYS after the tear-off and replacement, by a group of non-English speaking, what appeared to be illegal aliens.Scott came over and said a nail had popped up causing the leak. A year or two later, water was coming into my utility room and bedroom ceiling again, and he came back for another repair. A year or two later more water leaking into my bedroom ceiling and walls, and he had someone come and add more ice guard to act as a "water-proofing agent" since the shingles were obviously compromised. The individual said when he pulled back the shingles, he said there was a sizable hole in the decking. If they just replaced all the rotted and damaged decking a few years earlier, then why was there a large hole in the decking just a short time later?This past winter I had more ice damming despite the added ice guard, and more water leaked through by bedroom ceiling, and Scott suggested installing heat cables. After nearly 6 months he FINALLY installed the heat cables but failed to honor the other things that he was supposed to do, and said he would do in writing, such as repair or replace damaged shingles where at least a dozen or so nails had popped up and cracked the shingles above the nails. It took WEEKS and WEEKS of me calling, texting and emailing Scott Fishel to come back and honor the rest of the written agreement. He missed the first try, indicating that he wanted me to leave my ladder outside so he could use it. That was the first time a roofer didn't bring his own ladder with him. VERY strange.If you read the rest of the reviews, you will see that about 95% of the angry Customers say the same thing. Stay away from this place, the owner doesn't return calls, the workmanship is awful, roof still leaks, and called and called an called with no reply form the Owner.Right on Roofing and Scott Fishel are one of the WORST places of business I have ever dealt with and I will NEVER deal with this individual EVER again. I suggest that you don't either. Instead, call Ken's Parkhill Roofing. They have an EXCELLENT reputation in the area and WILL return your calls! That's who I will call if and when I need a quality Roofing Company.

Outstanding service, from the minute I called them for a quote, to selecting the shingles. And promises were kept about dates of tear off and replacement. Their crew was super professional and pleasant, and they left the yard and garden beds looking great. And they provided the best value of anyone who quoted the project.I highly recommend Scott and his team!

TLDR: Charged me $600 for half an hour of work to replace 4 slate tiles. Was told $600 is their minimum fee.My realtor recommended them to me because I had to provide a letter about my slate roof to my insurance agency in order to retain my insurance.Connor came to give an assessment for tile work and later someone else came to assess tuck pointing. I never got an itemized assessment. When we decided not to do tuck pointing, it took several weeks of calling to get an estimate on just the roof.They finally gave me an estimate of $600. At this point I was a few weeks from loosing my insurance, so I went with it. Had to call each subsequent week to ensure they'd come before my insurance lapsed. They would never give me a date/time.True to their estimate, they charged me $600 for half an hour's worth of work to replace four tiles. It was obvious no one had come back to assess the roof because the workers themselves were very surprised at how little there was to do. When I asked for an itemized receipt, Kathy told me that $600 is their minimum charge.I'm very disappoint by the responsiveness and cost of Right-On Roofing.

This company came out to replace a roof on a garage that I DID NOT YET OWN! Despite two separate emails stating explicitly the date that I would be closing on the house and saying that work could not be done before that, they came out and replaced the garage roof anyways prior to that date. The communication skills of their administrative assistant (Kathy) are clearly lacking, but the lead contractor (Scott) also did not check his phone for frantic texts telling him to stop. Extremely disappointed and now embarrassed to be entering my new neighborhood with this on my shoulders.Edit: In response to the “we have no record…” comment from the company, they were hired through my husband, not me. They most certainly did work for us and my account is accurate.

Right on Roofing is the most unprofessional, unresponsive and irresponsible company. At first, they were responsive and the owner Scott came out, assessed the situation and work was performed on my home roof and on my garage. Both repairs failed. When I contacted the company to recheck their work Scott came out again and said that all was fine with the home and the garage would need a new roof. Okay, well I investigated myself and video taped water pouring into my attic from the same spot that the repair was supposedly done. After numerous calls for Scott to call me to discuss all were ignored. I set up an appt for him to come out again and he did not show up or call. The same thing happened when another appt was set with the Vice President Connor, no show, no call. They have a 10 year work guarantee on their website yet do not follow up. Horrendous customer service and all I want is my roof to be repaired and a conversation about how to make this happen. Stay far away from this business. I have no idea how they are even still operating.
