We just finished our screened in porch, deck addition and hot tub area! Brandon and Mike, I can’t say enough about these 2. They are not only 2 of the hardest workers but very talented in their craft. Honestly they need to be replicated because it’s hard to find guys like this. They did most of the work on my house and did a great job. Vanessa was great to communicate with during the process. They made sure everything was done correctly. Vanessa made sure to follow up on different aspects of the job. Luis did a great job with the under decking. Wanda was always helpful in the office and very pleasant to talk too. We’re very happy with our new porch!

Andrew did a wonderful job on my new shower! Even though he was doing all of it by himself, he did it well, thoroughly, and in a timely manner. He was professional and respectful! I would highly recommend American Homes for any of your household needs!

4/1/2025 update: Received a phone call from American Home asking me to change my review. That person also told me that fixing the ceiling was not part of the contract. However, their salesperson who looked at the project, quoted the cost, and wrote up the contract stood in our bathroom with my husband and myself and when I asked if we took down a light over the sink and they installed the new heat/fan/light if they would they be able to fix the ceiling and also match the pattern. That person said yes, they would be able to fix it and match it without any hesitation. So, be sure to get every small detail documented in the contract. We are left to fix the ceiling ourselves.2/22/2025 update: The 12/2024 update is still true ... but we changed from 5-stars to 1-star rating for the company (American Home).Our bathroom remodel required some repairs to the ceiling (taking down a light and patching the hole, etc). When the remodel was completed, we missed noticing that the putty design on the ceiling was not done and a screw that was put in the ceiling was showing.About a week later, we looked up and notice the unfinished ceiling. We notified American Home on 12/3 and have contacted them many times since then thru calls and text messages. Here we are almost 3 months later, and the ceiling is still not finished.What we learned ... if you have an issue, they will not send another contractor out to fix it ... it has to be the same contractor(s) that did the work. Note that our contractor has been out on other jobs, and then out of town, etc. We were told they will send supervisor's out if the contractor cannot resolve an issue but when I requested a supervisor to come finish our project, they refused.And getting the work rescheduled was not an easy task either - we felt like we were getting the run-around.In summary, communication and resolution of an issue has not been a good experience for us and is such a disappointment!!Again, Chris who did the work did an awesome job on the remodel.-----------------------------12/2024 Our bathroom looks awesome! Chris gutted and redid our entire bathroom. Chris did an awesome job! Chris paid attention to details and made sure everything was installed correctly. Chris was very polite and professional. Chris made sure everything was clean and neat throughout the day and when he left. Would definitely let Chris do work for us in the future.

We had new siding installed on our house. Everyone was kind and helpful from the ladies in the office who setup our consultation appointment to the crew who came out and sided our home in two days. Matt who did the estimate was spot on and very knowledgeable. The siding crew led by Marvin were amazing. Definitely recommend America Home for siding.

I felt comfortable as soon as Matt the salesman arrived. We had just been through a bad experience with another company and was a bit apprehensive. When I called American Home, I was pleasantly greeted by Wanda. She was very kind and helpful. It took a couple months, but they sent Joe to start the installation. He knew exactly how to move a wall we needed to get our new shower in. He made us feel at ease from the beginning and was very personable. Once the job was done, Connor came to inspect the job was done to their high standards. He was super nice as everyone else I had met from American Home. Overall, it was an amazing experience from sweet Wanda, Matt, Joe and Conner. I highly recommend them do any project you have.
