Mike and Sean from Coastal Windows & Exteriors were great. They both were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They spent time getting to know us and what would work best in our home. We look forward to working with them on our window project!Update 8/15/25: Our window replacement project was completed this week and we can't say enough good things about our experience with Coastal. The timeframe was right in line with what Mike and Sean had originally told us. Sarah and Pam in the office kept us up-to-date with timing along the way, and were always available for any questions we had. The install team, Joe, Mike, Andrew and Brad, were the best! They got the job done so quickly and seamlessly. My husband and I both work from home so we were a little concerned on how the installation would be, but there were no problems at all. They were all excellent...friendly, courteous and diligent. When they were done they addressed, and quickly resolved, a few small issues we had on a couple of the windows. We highly recommend Coastal for your windows, or other home improvement needs. We are hoping to replace our bay window in the (near) future and will definitely go back to Coastal for the project.

We recently worked with Coastal Windows & Exteriors to replace our siding, window trim, fascia and soffits: pretty much the whole exterior. We met with Theo and Will to discuss the project. They were great to work with - professional, informative and patient - as we talked through our options. We ended up choosing Coastal after meeting with them and seeing the company reviews. Coastal seemed like a great company and they delivered!! The project managers and work team were awesome, communicative and easy to work with from start to finish. We used to walk around the house wondering what might be rotten next. Now, we have a beautiful new exterior and peace of mind to go with it. They did an excellent job on the installation with great attention to detail; the house looks really good. Great working with you, Coastal, and many thanks for the job well done!

Cody came out to the house and was great. Very knowledgeable. Detailed in the explanation of the product and timeline of the project. We are thrilled to be working with Coastal.Update: Project complete. 1st class experience. They showed up when they said they would, they finished ahead of schedule, our yard was picked up and left cleaner than when they arrived EVERYDAY. If you didn't see them here you would have never known. I am so impressed and pleased we chose Coastal for our project.

From the initial meeting with Roger to the measuring to the communication while waiting for the door to be built to the install, everyone we encountered was professional and friendly.
