We've had the opportunity to work with Dorald Design and Construction before and he’s seriously one of the best. He renovated our timeworn Beach house in New Hampshire. He fully insulated it and expertly hung drywall. The floor was also leveled and installed. All this was finished with a neatly installed baseboard.In the kitchen he installed new cabinets and install the electrical for an overhead sink light.He also completely remodeled our bathroom. The shower was renovated with stone tile, with artfully done Pebble flooring.In addition to all the work he added additional power outlets throughout the house.Whenever there was an issue, he was prompt and offered solutions. He's super easy to communicate with, fast and efficient, and really pays attention to the details. He’s got a great crew, tons of experience, and a sharp eye for modern design.He'll even pick up the essentials for you (very thorough), which made things way easier. Knows the building codes in Mass and NH like the back of his hand. If you’re thinking about upgrading or changing anything in your house, he’s our go-to. Highly recommended!

We selected Dorald to renovate our second floor bathroom and are very pleased with the entire experience. Dorian was very responsive and priced out our job quickly. His pricing was fair and it was clear what was included in the job. He was great at recommending materials and fixtures to fit our space. Scheduling was accurate and they kept to the promised timeline. The crew were excellent. Dorian handled all of the coordination and scheduling inspections, dumpster, and kept us informed throughout the project. We are very happy with the result and would highly recommend Dorald Construction to anyone who is looking for a contractor. This was one of the smoothest renovations we have done thanks to Dorian.

Our bathroom was in need of an upgrade since the purchase of our home. Rather than a coverup, we decided to gut the entire bathroom and start from scratch and also add a half bathroom at the same time. I got several different quotes from contractors in our area, and ultimately decided to contract Dorald Construction. We chose this company because Dori was professional, educated and had insightful input to our design based on the condition of our house.Communication was key throughout the process. When there was an issue, it was brought up and fixed. They listened attentively to ideas and preferences, providing valuable suggestions along the way. Their clear and concise communication ensured that we were always on the same page and got results we were striving for. He also finished the project in the estimated time window he told me from the beginning.They were mindful of my home and took great care to minimize disruptions and mess during the remodel. They always cleaned up after themselves, leaving the work area tidy at the end of each day.He made my vision come to life and I am so in love with my new bathrooms! Overall, this was a huge project, and we are more than satisfied with the results. We will be contracting Dori and his team for all our future remodels!

I would highly recommend Dorald Design and Construction for any home project as they just completed a major home renovation for us in 2021. For some context, we tore the roof off our ranch home, added a staircase and second floor that included 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, moved our kitchen, and opened up the main floor living area to make it more “open concept”. Essentially, every inch of our home was torn down, and then rebuilt in a six month timeframe. The huge scope of the project was quite intimidating, but Dorian, Fjoreta, and the entire crew took great care of us. They listened to every want in need for the project and offered many design choices and plan revisions until we were happy with the design. The outcome is nothing short of outstanding. The finished product exceeded expectations and our home is now the envy of our neighborhood. All of the craftsmen who worked on our home were great to work with; special shout out to our plumber, mason, and hvac workers-they were top notch with outstanding attention to detail. Dorian was always available for my calls or texts and answered every question timely and professionally. They were a few minor hiccups during construction (as always when you tear apart an old house), but all issues were handled with professionalism and extreme consideration of our budget. Above all, Dorian is an engineer so structure and safety are of great concern to him which gives us peace of mind that our house is not only beautiful, but well constructed.
