I am more than 100% satisfied with my lanai conversion. First Choice was the most reasonably priced of the five estimates I got and their reviews were all positive, so I went with them. The quality of their materials and workmanship is far above what I expected. The installer--Tony--was professional, polite, and a hard worker. The inspector noted that the work was perfect! I highly recommend First Choice Windows for windows, doors, and lanai conversions.

We have used First Choice Windows for 2 projects in our home. Replaced all windows in house and replaced all windows in our lanai making it another room. Totally pleased with finished job. First of all, I want to apologize for this review being posted so late. Your company was amazing from the first time we visited your office up in Ocala to the time the installation was completed. First class all the way. I've been retired from the car business and most recently the Rv business, so I know all there is to know about sales. This all started when we got hit by Milton late last year (2024). We had 2 windows that absolutely need replacing. Me, like everyone else keep putting it off. I knew it wouldn't be cheap but I had heard several horror stories in our community and was somewhat reluctant to get the process started. After a few months and talking to one of our neighbors close by that had dealt with your company, I decided to give First Choice a call. After another few months, we happened to be up in Ocala near your office so we happened to stop in. After all if I was going to be spending a small fortune on windows I wanted to make an impromptu visit to see who I was dealing with. It was awesome from the time I walked in to the time I left. No pushy sales tactics and best thing it was all family just about that worked there. We made an appointment to have Mike come down for an estimate. That's all it took.. Not only was the price great but he was very professional and explained all our options. So what went from maybe 3 windows being replaced went to 23 windows replaced. I had heard of prices from the competitors that were at least 3 times the amount we paid, you probably know who I'm talking about, wasn't even close. So we went ahead and had them ordered. The installers came out, guy named Bubba and his side kick Ray. They were both great to deal with and very professional and at the same time easy to talk to. Oh and to let you all know, it wasn't even close to a small fortune that we paid. Thanks again First Choice for a great job and a great price. I'm glad I talked to my neighbor......thanks

I had my old lanai made into a new room, with a knee wall, windows and new door. First Choice did a fantastic job, it looks wonderful. Justin and Josh worked really hard and were very professional and did a great job, cleaned up after they were done, and explained in detail all the information I needed to know about taking care of my new room. The price was very reasonable. We are truly happy with the end result.
