I have been working with JP Construction for about 6 months now. They are fantastic to work with. Very responsive and really just want to deliver a great product to all customers. I will continue to work with them on all my construction needs.Painting, electrical, plumbing, roofing, deck installs, etc. They can do it all.Jessica and Nick are very trustworthy. This seems to be hard to find in this particular area.10 stars if I could!

Nick, Jess, and their whole crew are absolutely top notch! They ensure the work is not only complete, but completed with precision, accuracy, function, and appeal! They worked with us on a large project. 5K sqft house remodel and a complete remodelof our open backyard that sits on an acre. They added a fire pit, playground set, mini golf, cornhole, volleyball, and a massive deck which includes an incredible pool, hot tub, and sauna.If you want a crew you can trust to get the job done right, I’d highly recommend reaching out to JP Construction!

Update: What a liar this man is. Not only did his response not align with what he texted me, but he made up a story to soften the credibility of my review. I have hired several contractors to handle my personal building projects at multiple properties and I obviously know you don’t ask for permits before contract. Read the unprofessional and unbusinesslike response from the owner of this company. He is dishonest and can’t help himself. He simply cannot conduct himself as a gentleman or businessman. The very next company we contacted handled everything professionally and answered all our questions without us even having to ask. They even knew the codes representative for the community and gave us the reassurance we needed. The quote from our new company included diagrams, the scope of work including every detail and was also 4K less. But none of this matters folks, because JP ensured I was aware that my review in his words, “doesn’t affect my business at all.” The text message shows he knew he was in the wrong! He also cyber stalked me on my socials, including my professional business profile on Linkdin, and then blocked me on Linkdin, lol. What a mess!Original Review: I caution you to consider factors that may negatively impact the elderly, those lacking awareness of contracting, or those with time sensitive work requirements, prior to moving forward with JP Construction Management. The company failed to live up to standards and values highlighted in their online marketing. My mother and I experienced impatient staff lacking flexibility and understanding. My request for reasonable accommodations were met with rude and condescending tones and the revoking of a pending contract by the contractor.Background: My mother contacted me because she was concerned about being rushed into signing a contract for a deck replacement at her home in the Pococos Mountains, PA. She was also concerned because JP Construction had NOT done any deck work in the gated community she lives within and asked for surety that the contractor would offer a smooth transaction working with the HOA Board's process (Not County Permitting). I called and spoke with Nicholas F. and Jessica. I simply asked for JP Construction to confirm the process with the community codes officer and/or Management prior to contract signing/deposit. Instead of Nicholas hearing me and offering a solution, he simply spoke over me talking about how things work and how knowledgeable he is with all the counties etc. He passed me to Jessica who handles permits etc. Once again, she spoke circles around my request. The moment I mentioned that I would like to contact the community Codes Officer, Jessica passed the phone to Nicholas and they both basically told me to go find another contractor.Folks, if you live in a subdivision, gated community or anywhere really, it is extremely important to work with a company that is willing to give you piece of mind and surety that they will work well through the entire process and all parties. A good contractor should be willing to assist with HOA verification prior to securing deposit and beginning work. This ensures a smooth transaction and is a huge part of detailing the scope of work within the contract. Without this surety you may experience fines/fees, forced removal or modification, project delays, and higher costs. DO NOT gamble, go with a professional company that understands this.Lastly, this company sent men to our home and they didn't even notify my mother of their presence. Her sensor and cameras picked them up as they arrived, walked around and departed and they didn't even have the decency to inform us. This alone is a serious problem.

There is no way to give zero star.I had Nick and his team remodel my deck. They did a great job initially and I was really excited for the work that they were doing. However, after he built the foundation for the deck and installed the floor boards he VIOLATED our CONTRACT and the plan for my deck. He failed to install the lattices going around the floor boards.Additionally, when initially planning the deck, I emphasized to Nick that I wanted LED deck lighting. We both agreed and he said the he could do it. He said that he would be able to buy the materials, including the lights and any wiring, and install it within the time frame that we agreed (10 Days).We signed the contract and started construction in February 2022. It’s currently August 2022, Nick and his team have yet to install any sort of lighting for my deck, as well as the lattices, and furthermore have left the railings incomplete. I have already payed Nick the full amount that was in the contract but he has failed to deliver what we agreed upon. Since then, I have been trying to reach out to Nick to get the job complete but he ignores my calls and has left me completely in the dark. His business partner has also left the business so I can’t reach out to him. I don’t recommend working with Nick if you want someone who is reliable, truthful, and has integrity. I’ve attached a few pictures of our contract for everyone to see for themselves.I attached the picture of the projects they consider fully completed.
