The direct contact information provided is a testament to their desire to be accessible and transparent with their clients.
Choosing a contractor is a deeply personal decision, and there are many factors that influence the choice. For many in Pennsylvania, PA Under Construction LLC presents a compelling option. The primary reason to consider them is the sheer breadth of their services. Instead of hiring separate contractors for painting, drywall, and a new deck, you can potentially manage all of these projects through one company. This can save a tremendous amount of time and effort in project management and coordination. The ability to handle multiple trades also allows for a more cohesive and professional final result, as the different stages of the project are managed by a single team. A company that understands how to seamlessly transition from one task to the next—such as from installing a new roof to replacing siding—can ensure a higher quality outcome. While some customer feedback suggests a varied experience, this is often the case with many contractors. It is always prudent for prospective clients to conduct their own due diligence, communicate their expectations clearly, and ensure that a detailed contract is in place before any work begins. This practice is a standard part of hiring any professional service provider and can help mitigate potential issues. However, the positive feedback from satisfied customers highlights the potential for high-quality, professional results, especially when a good working relationship is established. The fact that the company has a track record of completing projects and has positive reviews indicates that they are a legitimate option for those in the Williamsport area seeking a variety of home improvement services. The range of services, coupled with their local presence, makes them a viable choice for many homeowners in the region.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This is by far one of the most unprofessional contractors that I have ever met. I hired Sheena to do my spackle job. I had already taped and put on the first coat/second coat. All she had to do was a finish coat and sand. I supplied all materials. Sheena showed up without her owns tools and had to use mine. Didnt even have her own tarps to cover my brand new floor/tub/vanity etc. she even had to borrow my own spackle knives as she showed up without her own. she didn’t even have the sense to bring her own lighting to help her see the deficits in the drywall. How do you spackle in a poorly lit room that only has one light. I supplied 5 gallons of medium drywall mud which apparently she was not happy with. So I additionally went and paid for 5 gallons of lightweight spackling mud. Sheena brought her mother and her daughter (12 years old) to my house stating that they both worked for her. The quality of work was by far some of the worst spackling that I’ve ever done. My four-year-old son could do a better job spackling. Drywall mud on everything. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Went back on her contract stating that she never bid to do the closet within the bathroom even though it was 💯 discussed. Why would i hire you to do everything else in my bathroom but the closet? She even had to get another guy to come in and fix her mistakes. Her justification was that hes been doing it longer. Job quoted for 1-2days which is should have taken. She continued to come late, leave throughout the day for “interviews and appointments “, and then would barely do anywork in between the chain smoking of cigarettes. Had to dismiss her from the job as a contractor was extremely rude, quality of work was horrible, and could not adhere to the terms of the contract. Believe the other bad reviews. She used my tools, provided horrible quality of work and was rude to me when i expressed my concerns with the poor quality, Wouldnt hire her to fill in screw holes. Price is cheap for a reason. Please beware this company.Update as of 1/20/24After this company left I did indeed have to hire another company to fix her work and then finish. The new contractor spent an entire day simply sanding off the horrendous “finish coat” pa under construction did. This contractor was shocked with the amount of work he had to do to cover up the poor “finish job” That Sheena and her colleagues performed. I paid an additional 600 dollars to have them fix this companies work. Weigle drywall is a better company in every way and If i would have went with them i could have saved days of work, aggravation, and money. Sheena got an original deposit which was 65% of our estimated cost. I never asked for this money back even though she in fact cost me more money since I had to hire another company to fix her work. Sheena apparently does not appreciate the truth being spilled on her page and is trying to fabricate lies. Another sign of poor company ownership and lack of accountability.
January 21 · mpearl28You guys did a great job on our bathroom & living room . It’s nice to see a female know what she’s doing. We couldn’t have hired a better contractor. The quality of work was outstanding. They finished when they said they would. We look forward to you doing our guest room this spring!
December 15 · Susan WrightI don’t know who is writing these reviews for them but they fooled us. We hired them in 2018 to put drywall over the horsehair wall in our dining room and to fix the walls in the hallway and stairwells. Wasn’t supposed to be a super long job. Took weeks. My husband had to help him carry in 13 sheets of drywall. They never had any of their equipment. They went in my cupboard and got a mixing bowl to use for their stuff (without me knowing or asking). They spilled paint all over the hardwood floor and then covered it with their drop calls until I found it. We have hard wood floors they ruined with putty and equipment caused deep gouges. Sheena was there with a toothbrush trying to get it out of the groves. They were supposed to put our fancy trim back on top of the baseboard by digging out some of the drywall so it laid flat however they left it out in the rain and then Sheena claimed that they were never planning on putting it back on. There is no pride in the work – paint is just slapped on, no taping. They cleaned the roller on the unpainted wall by just running it till it ran out of paint. They did not wash the walls down before painting and after sanding so you can see all of the dust underneath the paint. Had to have them come back several times after claiming to be done because we kept finding things. They did not paint above the windows nor did they remove any light switches before painting. As for their attendance, don’t expect them to show up. They would say they’d be there at eight, be lucky if they were there at noon and then I have to leave and come back and leave and not come back on the regular. They were always claim they were at another job site but on their way but never showed up. They thought it would be OK to work until 7pm when we had a toddler in the house. It was always excuses that they got tied up somewhere, their kids are sick, they couldn’t find this or that, they never said 8 o’clock, the list goes on.They really did fool us. They were very professional during the quote and answered questions and gave us advice. Being first time homeowners we got several quotes and decided to go with them - but the joke was on us. We could’ve done it better and faster without being professionals. Don’t expect what your paying for. They also took pictures from inside my house and posted on Facebook without asking. I have asked them several times since completing the job to remove and never responded or removed them. It’s taking me almost 2 years to write this review because I keep seeing good things posted about them and they simply are not true. In two years since them “working”, I’m still mad as I was during the process when I think about it
May 28 · Claire UpdegraffStay away from this company! put the deposit down and the materials were not delivered when stated. Made excuses and then when said im canceling services she never returned money. Charges are pending
January 03 · Skinney33TLDR: Have the quality of the work stated in the contract, not just that the work will be done. This was by far the worst contractor I have ever hired. I hired them to hang drywall in 2 bedrooms, box in a pole in my basement, box in a duct, finish mud on some drywall that I hung myself, and paint my kitchen/living room. They continually messed up and I had to personally show/tell them how to do their job. The pole they boxed in, in my basement, was over an inch and a half out of level. To the naked eye, it looked like it was leaning. Same thing with the duct they boxed in. When confronted, they blamed my children for kicking the pole out of level, when it was actually screwed into my concrete foundation. They claimed to have built the duct box out of square on purpose. They flat out missed spots in my living room when they were painting because they were careless. You can see individual roller marks on the walls. Drip marks abound. My 10 year old could have done a better job painting with a roller than these guys did. There is paint all over my vaulted hardwood ceilings that they didn't bother to clean. There is paint on my kitchen table. There is paint on almost every door and window in every room they painted. One evening they left and I had to clean up their paint pans and rollers. The drywall work is possibly the worst I have ever seen. I can see most of the drywall seams because the mud is feathered so poorly. They missed every outlet box they cut out in the two bedrooms. Then they just fished the wires through the hole and screwed the outlets into the drywall. They continually did not bring the tools and supplies they needed to do the job that day. Usually blaming my children for taking supplies they claimed to have left the day before when I never even saw them. They went so far as to claim my dog ate an entire 18 lb bag of quick set drywall mud. They often borrowed my tools to get the job done. They left my $600 flexvolt miter saw out on the deck in the rain and below freezing temperatures with two 12 amp hour batteries in it. They would have walked off with my impact driver if i hadn't caught them. They did get away with my chalk line, two screwdrivers, and a paint pan. For real.... They were hired to paint and had to borrow my paint pan. I cant even make this stuff up. Rarely showing up before noon and often staying past eight or nine in the evening. They didn't leave my house until ten thirty once. Sheena left her cigarettes on my 10 year old daughter's dresser. They left an open razor knife on my other daughter's desk (my children are all 10 years old and younger). Their communication was absolutely abhorrent. I never knew if they were going to show up. Once, Sheena texted me that they were on their way (45 minutes, an hour max of travel) and showed up 3 hours later. Some days they just plain didn't bother to show up at all and didn't tell me at all that they weren't coming. It seriously takes 90 seconds to send a quick text saying "hey there was an ice storm and we can't make it today because of the weather." The entire job was supposed to take a week, but to be on the safe side they said 2 weeks in the contract. They finished on day 19. Nearly 3 weeks to finish a week's worth of work. These guys are absolute clowns. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.
