The daily HARASSMENT while we waited on the insurance check to be endorsed and returned by the mortgage company (WES was made of aware of this from the start) was enough to say buyer beware they are NOT accredited by the Better Business Bureau and I see why. The owner Trey was rude to my wife when he collected the check he told her that he could finally pay his mortgage. His employee WES called AND text daily while we explained daily that we couldn't make the check arrive any faster and still continued to harass daily. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! 🚩🚩🚩

Had an insurance claim they knew this from day 1 while my roof went on in 1 day and it looks nice the harassment while waiting on the insurance check to be signed and sent back from mortgage company was ridiculous! Then when Trey the owner came to my job to collect the check he was beyond RUDE to me. Beware of this company! One of my vehicles got a flat tire from their roofing nail and no offer to replace the tire was made. When Trey picked up the check he said "finally now I can pay my mortgage" he came inside my office shoving his phone in my face and blocked me from going out to my vehicle. His crew even unplugged my camper to plug in their microwave to heat their lunch (the fridge inside lost all the food inside).

First time ever needing a roof/shingle replacement since owning my home, we were fortunate to be able to qualify for a replacement through insurance. Working with Wes, our Prestoroof rep was great. We had voiced a few concerns about replacement process through insurance, warranty as well as color/type/design options and he exceeded our expectations and needs. The new roof looks amazing and will without a doubt add value to our home.

I am a 70 year old female disabled senior and Prestoroof co. Did a Repair to my roof after having a $10000.roof put on one one my other buildings and an additional $750.00 both cash to repair a roof.Well now that they have my money Tray the owner of the company refused to come back out to service his work and the roof is leaking , steaming through my ceiling when it rains.Tray the owner ,whom I have been told is very lazy and doesn't do call backs on his work. Now tells me do not call his phone or he will report me to the police after him promising to make an apt to come out on 3 day different occasions.I am very disappointed.I was led to believe that Prestoroof was an up standing business but I have not found that to b the truth.Please do not do business with these people. They do not warranty their work even though it says so in your paper work.Don't believe everything u real. Especially when it comes to Prestoroof restoration LLC and the owner Tray is very convincing but speaks with fork tongue!..So buyers BEWARE!
