From the initial consultation to the final completion of our reroofing project, I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism of the entire Queen City team.They kept in contact with me throughout the entire process, accepted a change in the schedule, provided samples to help in our selection of color, showed up as promised, and completed the reroofing in one day.Their project manager and his crew were exceptional! I was totally impressed with their efficiency, thoroughness, and attention to detail. I have served as a project coordinator with Habitat for Humanity in several home construction projects, and this crew was amazing to observe and see the end result. They protected our windows, doors, siding, shrubbery, etc. from any damage and left the conditions better than when they arrived. They even did a good portion of the Spring yard raking done for us!I am very grateful that we made the decision to select Queen City Roofing for this reroofing. Their workmanship was outstanding, and the cost was more reasonable than any of the other 5 estimates I received.I truly believe they deserve the 5 star rating!

Best experience with a roofing company. Queen City Roofing was a great choice for my roof replacement. They were very responsive throughout the project, communication was clear and concise. The installation team was amazing. They worked efficiently and safely, ensuring each step was executed professionally. It was impressive to watch them! They were very thorough and when done, I was left with a beautiful new GAF roof and a clean yard!

The people that work for Queen City Roofing did an awesome job. They worked on one of the hottest days on record for 12 hours. They made sure everything was cleaned up after, and when I noticed one item was not complete per the contract, they were out the next day to correct the mistake. Everyone was very friendly, and the pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend Queen City Roofing for your next roofing job.

The in-house customer service team then made scheduling a breeze, keeping us informed every step of the way.But the real stars of the show were the installation crew. They arrived early and worked diligently all day until the job was complete. I was incredibly impressed by their organization – they meticulously removed old shingles and placed them directly into dumpsters. They took the time to tarp our entire house, ensuring no debris touched our property. The crew even walked me through the process and patiently answered all my questions.The cleanup was truly remarkable; I haven't found a single stray nail, and they even leaf-blew our entire property. They went above and beyond by taking the time to remove moss and buildup from our vinyl siding – a thoughtful touch we truly appreciated.The final price was exactly what we were quoted, and it was worth every penny. See all the five star reviews Queen City Roofing has? You might be thinking "Are these people REALLY that good?"Yes. Yes they are.My wife and I were in need of a new roof over our house we purchased in 2022. We had quotes from a couple other places and while there was nothing wrong with them per se, Queen City Roofing made the introductory process just that much nicer.It started with TJ McAndrew who showed up on time and was a textbook gentleman. He was easy to talk to, and the one thing I really appreciated about Queen City is we didn't get a giant catalog of options. He said that most customer preferred a middle of the road, not cheap but not out of reach asphalt shingle, so that's what they sold. I really appreciated that kind of simplicity.A few days later we had the quote which was incredibly reasonable, so my wife and I pulled the trigger on them.Fast-forward to work day, Rigo and his crew arrived at 7:00 AM on the dot ready to roll. Rigo was fantastic; he was respectful, polite, and communicated exactly what was going on, and kept me in the loop of progress. We needed some plywood sheets which, a shame monetarily, however it just reaffirms that it was good we got this done.The team worked fast and diligently and like most projects, they were done at the end of the day. The roof looks amazing, and I really like how the OC Slatestone Gray adds some splash of lights and darks to the roof.All that said, Queen City Roofing was a stellar company to work with; I really cannot find any faults with the process, the team, or the workmanship. This company really has earned their reputation on here in my opinion. If it wasn't for total cost, we'd have them do our detached garage, too but who knows, maybe in another year or two!
