The Window Broker Reviews

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Promises and warranties mean nothing if you have no handle or control over the manufacturer. Stuck with a house of expensive windows half of which are defective but cannot be fixed because "manufacturer is not doing painted windows at this time" or the past couple years apparently. Have a large picture window separating and flexing due to poor installation. Was also supposed to he fixed and never was. The son has been rude about it since the beginning and almost annoyed that we would bring up the constant issues. Workers were rude, smoking, messy and only worsened as we would request them kindly to clean up after themselves so my family was not stepping on shards of wood, nails and debris left in excess. Windows are very hard to latch. They look nice but who cares if it doesn't function properly and can't be fixed. After responding to another clients review with my experience, i was softly threatened to keep my experience to myself and to handle through him. I tried this but it got me nowhere. Windows have been our biggest home investment yet and feel that others should be warned so they don't have the same poor experience and left with brand new windows that function like theyre ready to be replaced already. Make a better choice than we did so you can be happy.
December 16 · Anonymous ANo other way to put it except--DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY--reporting to Better Business BureauNo communication--18months later and no window...then gave our deposit back without any apology or acknowledgment of wrong doing. They simply never ordered it or explained why they held our deposit for all that time. We called and called throughout the process always giving them the opportunity to pull the ripcord, and yet they continued to assure us it was coming. Why? None of it makes sense. But what does make sense is that they chose lies and deception over honesty and customer service. The end.So save yourself the problems, and pay a little more for care. I will spend a year expressing why this business is a failure. They stole from us by keeping our money and not telling the truth. That money could have been put to use elsewhere or put toward an order at prices 18 months ago. Now we start over. Our fault was in believing them. Disgusted with this entire interaction. They should be ashamed.
August 29 · Brendan CurtinThe Window Broker Inc has installed several windows, siding, and roofing for our home over the past several years. The quality of work and product has always met or exceed my expectations. The workers were professional and courteous when it came to interaction with both my wife and I as well as our home itself.I would recommend the company to anyone who is looking upgrade their existing windows, or just looking to spruce up the appearance of their home.
April 10 · Thomas StoneFriendly and accommodating during the sale, but lacked follow through and did not live up to the requirements specified in the contract or drawings they provided. They did not clean up the grounds or even the windows they installed. Poor installation on a number of windows causing air leaks, not all the screens fit properly, defective windows were installed and installation of replacement trim was unsatisfactory (unfinished wood, cuts not straight, bad joints) and unprofessional. The installers damaged our homes siding and even removed insulation from behind our siding. The caulking installation was messy and it did not match the window color.
April 04 · Deborah BarnerIt just so happens that Window Broker did my neighbors windows, and I talked to a guy about having some window's done at my mom's house. They came over, looked at it, gave me a fair estimate, and they were there today actually (10/16/2020) to start the work, and it looks amazing already with the amount of wood work they had to do.I cannot wait to see the finish of what they're doing. They have awesome communication, and great craftsmanship.
