Window World of Northern Arizona Introduce
For homeowners in the Verde Valley and Northern Arizona, having energy-efficient and well-sealed windows and doors is a critical component of maintaining a comfortable and cost-effective home. The region's intense sun exposure in the summer and cold winters place a high demand on a home’s exterior. Window World of Northern Arizona, a local franchise of the national brand, positions itself as a general contractor specializing in the sales and installation of replacement windows, entry doors, patio doors, and siding. Their business model is built on providing a wide range of products with the backing of a nationally recognized brand, while aiming to deliver professional installation and competitive pricing.
The company’s offerings are focused on improving a home's curb appeal, energy efficiency, and overall security. As a contractor, they are a one-stop-shop for a client's exterior remodeling needs, providing not just the products but also the installation services. This approach is designed to simplify the process for homeowners who are looking to update their property without the hassle of coordinating multiple vendors. Window World of Northern Arizona understands that purchasing new windows and doors is a significant investment, and their goal is to provide a comprehensive solution that meets the specific needs of the Arizona climate.
As with many companies that serve a large customer base, the experiences of clients can be varied. Some customers have praised the quality of the products and the professionalism of the installation crew, noting that the new windows and doors look great and provide a noticeable reduction in noise. This type of feedback highlights the potential for a positive experience when the installation and product performance align with expectations. A satisfied customer's review often points to the visual improvement of their home and the perceived benefit of new windows.
However, customer reviews for Window World of Northern Arizona also include significant concerns, particularly regarding customer service and warranty issues. Several reviews mention a lack of responsiveness to service calls and a failure to address warranty claims and minor repairs after the initial installation. One customer described a serious issue with gaps and water damage, which they believed was caused by poor sealing. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company, the homeowner had not received a callback to address the problem. Another review noted that, after a significant investment in new windows, there was no noticeable difference in utility bills or outside noise, and a minor warranty issue was never fixed. These accounts highlight a potential disconnect between the company’s initial sales process and its post-sale support. For homeowners, especially those in Arizona where proper sealing is essential for energy efficiency, these issues can lead to both financial loss and frustration.
Window World of Northern Arizona is located at 1750 E Villa Dr Suite H, Cottonwood, AZ 86326, USA. The accessibility of their location is a key benefit for local residents who prefer to work with a company that has a physical presence in their area. For residents of Cottonwood and the surrounding Northern Arizona communities, Window World of Northern Arizona is a general contractor that specializes in exterior home improvements. While they offer a wide range of energy-efficient products and professional installation services, customer feedback indicates a potential for inconsistent service, particularly after the sale. Locals considering a window, door, or siding project with this company should ensure they have a clear understanding of the warranty process and post-installation support. The company’s local presence and the resources of a national brand can be a compelling combination, but it is wise for clients to set clear expectations regarding communication and service after the installation is complete.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I had new windows installed a few years ago, after the first winter I call and talked with the office per so in I think her name is Joanne? I told her my windows needed resealed that my house was so cold and my heating bill went from a 100.00 to over 300.00 . She sent a guy out and he said the windows were fine, she believed him. The seal on the windows are now coming loose and I have gaps and water damage. I called and left a message and have not been called back yet. I will continue to try and reach the owner Jeff to see if he will have done one home and properly seal my windows and deal with the damage the water is causing.Very unhappy with this company and the customer service.
June 27 · Gardening With VictoriaRead the reviews and then shop around. Owner is a good guy, unless something goes wrong. Office manager is surly and vindictive. Do NOT expect service after the sale or warranty work if you’ve gotten cross-threaded with her!8 grand worth of windows, look nice but made zero difference in our utility bills nor outside noise, and our old windows were aluminum from 1994. Never did get the minor warranty issue fixed.Like the old saying: If you want economy, you’re going to pay for it. Probably no better than the Anderson grifters. Good luck!
May 28 · Hunter BachrachDO NOT use this company!!!!! It took 8 months for install, then Jeff refused to stand behind his word and product. A large slider was measured incorrectly, 2x4s were used to attach it to the outside of the house (block construction) as a temporary fix (1-2 weeks). We were very accommodating as we know things happen. It is now a year later. This has cost us time and money and prevented indoor flooring projects and ruined outdoor paving around this slider. In addition, one of the windows cracked due to incorrect setting of the glass. Supposed to be immediate replacement, regardless of cause. Again, it's a year later. Our largest slider was never built/installed because Jeff would not tell us he couldn't do it. He strung us along for over a year so he could "figure it out". Turns out, per other business sources, his vinyl products are not capable/strong enough to build to that size. We've tried resolving this for a year now, and Jeff has simply ghosted us. Reporting to corporate did nothing. They apparently don't stand behind their independent contractors. Several other companies we've had in to fix the problem were appalled at the unprofessionalism of Jeff Sudol. Save yourself the headache and avoid this guy at all costs.
July 14 · Jean VonEppLove the service, Jeff provided, provided you can get past the gatekeeper, Joanne.Had my windows, and after this first season this happened. I called and I cannot get past Joanne, who says that this is normal homeowners upkeepI had another issue, again Joanne said was normal,, that Jeff was able to return my call, he came out & confirmed It was indeed NOT normal and fixed it immediately!I don't know if Joanne is his mother or his wife, but it's quite difficult to get past her. Once you do, Jeff is most attentive. Really great service.!It would be five stars if Joanne would not keep saying this is normal! & allow us to get thru to Jeff( caulking of exterior. The original windows were 1959 and never had a crack in caulk)
March 31 · debora zygnerWindow World in Cottonwood did a beautiful job of making and installing my windows. The quality is great, and the price reasonable. Everyone involved was professional and the installers were skilled and did a beautiful work. I am so happy with my new windows! I would use Window World every time.
