We hired him right away. he always kept us updated, even calling the night before to confirm the schedule. You just don't see that kind of customer care much anymore. The roofing work was done on time and everything was left clean. Billy stayed on the job site the whole time and didn't leave until it was done. he was great to work with—very honest, professional, and takes real pride in his roofing work. We'll definitely call him again for roofing shingles in the future. It's easy to find a roofer, but Billy truly makes the job special as a roofing expert!
