Considering that I picked Erie Home from a facebook page… things could have gone badly & fast. I had been putting off getting the roof done. I feel really lucky. The ad was well laid out & has enough information to make me want to know more & get a quote.Erie Home has been great to deal with. Shane was easy to talk with & I didn’t feel like it was a game & they just wanted to get the most money possible from me. We talked about materials & options, we came up with a plan that got what I needed & could afford. I then found that same respect & attitude with everyone I had contact with. Then the roofers arrived on installation day. They started right on time (7 am) & were done & cleaned up by 4:30. One of my neighbors asked if they were going to be back the the next day. When I said they were done she was surprised & said “really?”.I couldn’t be happier with Erie Home & will definitely recommend them to anyone who is considering getting roofing done. I only wish they did other home improvements too.

We had a great experience with Erie Home. They were easy to contact and always responsive to our questions. The installation team communicated well throughout the process, worked efficiently together, and actually finished the job sooner than expected—which was a pleasant surprise!The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 comes down to a few minor areas. First, since the crew finished later in the evening, the cleanup wasn’t quite as thorough as it could have been. While all the major items were taken care of, a few small things were missed—likely due to working in low light. It’s not a major issue, but worth mentioning.Secondly, the initial sales presentation took much longer than we expected. We had asked directly about pricing early on, but the sales rep continued with a lengthy presentation that didn’t align with the time we had set aside. It didn’t impact the quality of the work, but it did affect the overall experience.Lastly, I felt overly pressured to leave a review. I had fully intended to share my feedback, but I received daily texts and emails asking for it, which became frustrating—especially while managing some significant personal matters.Overall, we’re very happy with the finished product and impressed with the team’s professionalism and efficiency. With a few adjustments to the sales approach and follow-up process, this would have been a 5-star experience.

Joseph Shaw came out and thoroughly assessed my roofing needs. Afterwards, he reviewed his findings, detailing the scope of the project and explaining the various types of materials to be used. Joseph was patient and listened deeply to my needs. He presented me with material and financial options that best fit my needs. After I selected materials and was approved for financing, he patiently reviewed next steps, explaining the intended timeline from start (dumpster delivery and materials) to finish (roof installation and cleanup). The entire installation process took only two days!The roofers worked like a well oiled machine. They were kind, courteous, and professional. I'm am extremely pleased! I highly recommend this company and I highly recommend sales representative Joseph Shaw.

The experience with the sales person and people with Erie Home was great. The sales man was able to work with my budget, while demonstrating a superior roofing system.The installation crew were great as well and were able to complete the entire roof in a single day. Language difference between myself and the crew made communication a little difficult, but a member of the crew was able to translate fairly effectively.

Looks great. Materials and workmanship appears to be very good. Time will tell. Hopefully good for 50+ years. Installation team were very hard workers who worked well together. Quiet (for roof work), clean and efficient. A bit of a communication snag between the install team and the sales/office/coordinator is the only thing that made this a 4 star review rather than a 5.
