- Scheduling and Communication Issues: A customer reported multiple missed appointments and a lack of timely communication regarding delays. "On that Wednesday no one had shown up by noon and I gave them a call and was told that they would be out later in the day. No one came out. I called the next day around noon and was told that they would be out by 3:30 p.m. They called at 3 pm and said that they were running late and would be out around 5:30. Again, no one showed up."
- Project Delays and Material Acquisition: One customer noted significant delays, with materials not being acquired even days after the scheduled start date. "Mind you, the job was to be completed the previous Wednesday but they had not even obtained the shingles yet."
- Workmanship and Site Cleanliness Concerns: A reviewer mentioned incorrect installation that required redoing, and issues with tools being left on flowers and screws on the driveway, along with paint scrapes on the house. "two guys took care of the missing shingles and spent 8 hours installing approximately 30 ft of fascia, incorrectly." and "I had to move his tools off of my flowers in my flower bed not once but twice and I picked up a total of eight screws from our driveway over the next few days. He also scraped the paint off the front of our house in three places."
- Estimate Delivery Delays: Another customer highlighted significant delays in receiving an estimate after a consultation, despite multiple follow-ups. "Long story short, over 3 weeks I called 4 times and was told every time how strange that was and they would pass along to the person who sends those out. Hard to believe I’m spending more effort trying to give them my money than they are trying to accept it."

Goode Brothers Roofs and Gutters Inc Reviews
friday
★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My experience with Goode Brothers is as follows... I accepted the quote for fascia, gutters and shingle replacement, and set an appointment for the following Wednesday for the crew to arrive and begin work. On that Wednesday no one had shown up by noon and I gave them a call and was told that they would be out later in the day. No one came out. I called the next day around noon and was told that they would be out by 3:30 p.m. They called at 3 pm and said that they were running late and would be out around 5:30. Again, no one showed up. Friday morning I'm told that they will be there first thing Saturday morning. Again, around noon I called and left a voicemail. I received a call at 3:30 p.m. from a worker saying that they are trying to match up shingle colors to our roof but most of the companies were closed because it is Saturday, and they would be there Monday morning. (Mind you, the job was to be completed the previous Wednesday but they had not even obtained the shingles yet.) They show up at 10:00 a.m. Sunday morning and two guys took care of the missing shingles and spent 8 hours installing approximately 30 ft of fascia, incorrectly. Every day for the following week I got the runaround that they would be out and no one would showed up. Finally, Friday afternoon someone showed up took down everything that was incorrectly installed and redid it himself. He did a good job on installing the fascia and gutters however I was disappointed that I had to move his tools off of my flowers in my flower bed not once but twice and I picked up a total of eight screws from our driveway over the next few days. He also scraped the paint off the front of our house in three places, that we just had professionally painted two months earlier. Dealing with this company was a nightmare and felt like salt on the wound that Hurricane Ian created.
November 10 · PennMarie ShumateI had them come out to look at a job I need done. Person showed promptly as scheduled and reviewed. Seemed very professional. We agreed on a plan of action and he said he’d take the paperwork back and I’d receive and estimate by email. 4 days later I followed and was told it would get sent out. Long story short, over 3 weeks I called 4 times and was told every time how strange that was and they would pass along to the person who sends those out. Hard to believe I’m spending more effort trying to give them my money than they are trying to accept it. As yet I’m still waiting. Time to move on to someone else.
August 22 · Steven RuskWe live in Ormond Beach and have a two-story house. Other gutter companies in the past have not wanted to work on the second story. In addition, gutter companies have been unreliable either not returning calls or not following up with estimates after coming out to the house despite numerous calls.Goode Brothers was a breath of fresh air . From the beginning it was clear that they had an extremely professional business and were very reliable. We called them one day and within one or two days had someone out to look over the job. That night we got both texts and email from the company with a detailed estimate along with a handwritten drawing of the job. They have a very up-to-date texting system where you can approve the estimate immediately. Subsequent to that I got text and emails of the approval and was called and set up a date. Prior to the estimated date which was a few weeks out, I received calls and emails about my appointment.Three people showed up on the day they were supposed to and at the time they were supposed to. They were extremely well organized and within one and a half hours had extensive work done on my second floor gutters. Detail was placed not only on functionality but also on looks and we could not be more happy. We have not had any heavy rains yet to test the functionality but I am extremely optimistic and impressed. They are clearly one of the best companies we have used in florida.
December 11 · Alan GI hired Goode Brothers to put new gutter around my house. We were very satisfied with the work. A couple of months later we had a delivery and that company damaged some of the gutter the company said they would pay to replace the damaged if we could get Goode Brothers to do it. So I called Ashley several times she even told me she was in the area and would stop by and email me a quote to fix the damage. Ashley has avoided my calls for some reason. So this is why you get a 2 star you won't even tell me you don't want to do it if that's the case I'm good with that. We will find another company and never give your company a referral. Thanks for nothing.
July 26 · Michael MurrayI can’t even get them to show up. I was told they’d be here between 3-5, then 4-5, and after calling them at 5:00 on a Friday was told the owner Ashley must have overbooked, they’ll be here Saturday. Now I have to spend my weekend waiting. Very unprofessional
