Jenkins Restoration was very quick and responsive with responding to our extensive plumbing issue. They responded quickly and got right to work to try and limit as much damage as possible from water leaks. I do not recommend Jenkins Restorations or their manager, Christopher, in Columbia, SC. From the beginning, it felt like their main focus was collecting as much money as possible from my insurance claim—not delivering quality work.The repairs were poorly done, and the project was left unfinished. Communication was unprofessional, they walked away from the contract without completing the job or fixing their mistakes.This entire experience was handled in bad faith, and I’m left with additional costs and stress because of their lack of accountability. I strongly advise anyone dealing with insurance-funded repairs to avoid Jenkins Restorations and look for a contractor with integrity and professionalism. I would have put 0 if that was an option.
