Price was important, but I went with Marvin because he actually climbed up on my roof to look at everything before giving an estimate. That made me feel like he really knew what he was talking about. He never tried to sell me things I didn’t need. In fact, he explained why intake vents weren’t necessary for my roof and didn’t charge me for them. He also suggested not to use copper flashing, explaining it wouldn’t be the best fit for my house. The crew worked hard and finished the whole roof in one long day.
