Choosing a contractor for a roofing or siding project is an important decision that requires careful consideration. For residents of Pennsylvania, selecting a company involves looking at all available information to determine if they are the right fit for your needs.
Based on the provided information, a key factor in choosing a contractor is their reputation and the feedback from past clients. The reviews provided raise concerns that a potential client would need to investigate further. The detailed negative experiences described by a customer, including a high-pressure sales pitch, an inflated quote, and issues with a check being cashed after a request not to, are serious issues that would require careful consideration. These reviews, while from a real customer, are not sufficient to make a final judgment, but they do indicate the importance of a thorough vetting process. It is always wise to check with organizations like the Better Business Bureau (BBB) or other consumer protection agencies for more information and to look for multiple reviews from a variety of sources.
When evaluating a contractor, it is worth looking for qualities such as a transparent business process, fair pricing, and a clear communication style. A company that provides detailed, written estimates and is willing to answer all your questions without pressure is typically a good sign. It is recommended that you get multiple quotes from different companies for any major home improvement project to compare services, pricing, and professional approaches.
In conclusion, the decision of which contractor to hire is a personal one that should be based on extensive research. It is recommended to contact the company directly, ask for references, and request a detailed, written proposal for any work you are considering. This approach will help you feel more confident in your choice and ensure that you are partnering with a professional who can deliver the results you expect for your home or business.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This place is pushy overpriced the steal. They came out while I wasn't home stated our roof was fine but needed ventilation fans to keep it for years to come. Gave a quote of $5000. My boyfriend for reason of trying to get rid of them and their bogus sales pitch gave them a check for half. After thinking about it he called them he called and told them he looked into the fans and they were 300-500 each. He told them he was not going to have it done and told them not to cash the check. They cashed it. We got to the bank and put a stop payment. Today the tried again. Off to the bank again. I will be calling BBB

January 10 · Cathy HankoIf you like your home then DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. First, during the installation they damaged both neighbors houses throwing singles off without regard and broke the siding on our house. They only came out because we refused to pay anything until all of the damage was repaired afterwards. During the installation to cops showed up at our house multiple times for them blocking the road illegally with dumpsters and cars (they showed up at night during bed time as well). Left tons of debris and plywood in the yard and never came back to clean it up. The roof leaked during the first rain and they claimed they would be out that Tuesday. Two weeks later the show up randomly and climb on the roof throwing caulking down on the lower roof getting it over everything. The quality of the roof looks/operates likes like a 12 year old put it on. Not to mention their price is the worst I've heard of since. STAY AWAY!

August 24 · Dennis GarageI would give no stars but I have to in order to leave a review. I called. They came to my house. About 2 months after I bought the house. They went up in the attic, they made sure I haven't personally checked the attic, which to be honest I didn't but I had someone working on some stuff in the attic and they haven't mentioned any leaks. So the Erie guys went in the attic and when they came back down they started to panic me. ' oh my God, your roof is leaking so bad. This project should be done right now, yesterday was already to late for this. Everything up there is bad and the leaks are terrible, the roof is improperly done. Change this right now'They gave us an estimate and of course we couldn't afford it right away so we set to go back to them if anything changes.Mention, we have the exact same roof in the garage and there was no leaking whatsoever so I started to think this. I was a bit worried that they might be right but after I went up in the attic myself and saw there was no leaks, definitely the roof is going to need changed but it's still can last a couple of years.I'm telling you. DO NOT CALL THIS PEOPLE!They are ruthless and they will do anything to sell they're project without carrying about anything else. I understand marketing I don't understand lies and panicking people with no reason.

May 17 · Raluca GlunkWe had three appointments with no shows. My husband gave them a third chance because they said they would send a manager out. Again a no show and no call that they would be late. Do not and I repeat do not call this company. They are not a reputable business. I will be lodging a complaint with the BBB tomorrow.

December 09 · Judy HerbstThe worst workmanship I’ve ever seen. Not only did the take forever to complete our roof, the worksite was a total mess the whole time. To top it off they installed gutters that never worked properly from day one. Crooks!
